Ingredients:
  • Brisket cut of beef – 3 to 4 lbs
  • Barbeque sauce – ¾ cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Soya sauce – ¼ cup

Methods to prepare:
  • Take an oven and preheat it to 325ºF.
  • Take another bowl and drop the mixture of soya sauce, barbeque sauce and water.
  • Keep the brisket roast on a large sized aluminum foil. Take the barbecue sauce and spread it over the meat generously.
  • Get the brisket wrapped in the aluminum foil and keep it inside a roasting pan. Take 1 hour each for baking every 1 pound of meat.
  • Get it off the oven and thereafter allow it to rest in the foil for at least half an hour. Once done, start serving.
